Reserved sites will be held until 6:00 pm, please let us know if you will be arriving later! On the day of departure please vacate your site by 12.00 midday, otherwise an additional night will be charged!
Cancellation insurance:
Should something unexpected come up, here our cancellation conditions. To save you unnecessary costs in the event of a cancellation or mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend you insure yourself with 'Hotelstorno Plus' or the more extensive 'Hotelstorno Premium Insurance'. These insurance policies not only cover any cancellation and trip interruption costs, put also offer you extensive protection for your Austrian holiday. Detailled information
Cancellations are free up to 1 month prior to arrival date. For cancellations within 1 month prior to arrival date the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. In the case of an early departure, all reserved days will be charged for.

In the event of cancellations, general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply.
Free cancellation for up to 3 months prior to arrival date. Between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival date we charge 40% of total booking cost. Between 1 month and 1 week prior to date of arrival we charge 70% of the total booking cost. For cancellations within a week prior to date of arrival we charge 90% of total booking cost, early departures 100%.
